Cream Cheese Icing

- The cream cheese really does need to be room temperature.
- If you find it a touch runny just cool the icing slightly in the fridge before spreading.
- Chop the cream cheese in 2cm cubes and leave out to come to room temperature.
- Mix continuously while slowly adding cream until the desired consistency is reached.
- Slowly add the honey.
- Spread on top of a cake (perhaps a carrot cake)
