Cream Cheese Icing

Our secrets

  • The cream cheese really does need to be room temperature.
  • If you find it a touch runny just cool the icing slightly in the fridge before spreading.


I want to make portions

  • 0g cream
  • 0g honey
  • 0g cream cheese


  1. Chop the cream cheese in 2cm cubes and leave out to come to room temperature.
  2. Mix continuously while slowly adding cream until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Slowly add the honey.
  4. Spread on top of a cake (perhaps a carrot cake)
