Spelt Muffins

Our secrets

  • Don't skimp on the flour. Good quality spelt is essential for these muffins.
  • Experiment with flavours! All sorts of things work, pumpkin, ricotta.
  • Eat them the day you bake them.


I want to make portions

  • 0g spelt flour
  • 0g grated granny smith apple
  • 0g rolled oats
  • 0mL soy milk
  • 0mL vegetable oil
  • 0g raw sugar
  • 0g baking powder
  • 0g seasonal fruit


  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add soy milk, vegetable oil and mix to combine.
  3. Grate apples and mix in immediately.
  4. Allow to soak in the fridge overnight (you can skip this step if needed).
  5. Add seasonal fruit.
  6. Divide into greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake at 180c for 35 to 40 minutes.
